Terms

Kidd's ProWash Maintenance Program Service Agreement

By enrolling in the maintenance program, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Cancellation Policy

The Kidd's ProWash Maintenance Program may be canceled at any time. Monthly payments are non-refundable. If canceled less than 3 business days before a scheduled appointment, the initial investment is non-refundable.

Additional Charges

The plan includes no extra charges except for sealer, sand, and any work that exceeds the one-hour touch-up allowance.

Technician Assignment

One technician is assigned to each job at a time.

Cleaning Standards

Cleaning outcomes can vary by surface condition. We will work with you to meet reasonable expectations.

Cleaning Solution

Our standard cleaning solution is approximately 10% bleach and 90% water. Heavily soiled areas may require multiple visits to reach a fully restored appearance.

Cancellation After Cleaning

If a cleaning is completed and cancellation occurs before that month's charge is processed, that charge will still be processed. No additional charges occur after cancellation.

Payment and Coverage

The initial payment covers services for the current quarter. Monthly billing begins the month after the first cleaning.

Monthly Billing

Cards on file are billed monthly for a total of 12 charges per year. This includes at least four scheduled services annually, with optional monthly touch-ups.

Access and Notifications

You do not need to be home during service, but access must be provided to the cleaning areas. We notify customers by email and text approximately two weeks before service and again on the day of service.

Service Photos

Photos can be provided for completed services upon request via email or WhatsApp.

Sealer and Sand Applications

Sealer and/or sand applications must be scheduled at least two weeks before the planned cleaning date, and materials must be ready and accessible at time of service.

Initial Cleaning

Initial cleanings may take longer and may require adjustments. In some cases, immediate pressure washing of sidewalks and driveways may be recommended if immediate visual results are preferred over gradual chemical treatment.

Rescheduling Policy

Weather, unforeseen circumstances, or personnel emergencies may require rescheduling. Customers agree to a 14-day rescheduling window when needed.
